A green-skinned grape variety originating from the Bordeaux region in France. The name probably derivesfrom the French word “sauvage”, meaning wild, and referring to its early origins in south west France.
TASTING NOTES:
Golden yellow in colour , Pinot Grigio has a very fine conven – tional array of aromas that reveals notes of sage , paprika and tomato leaves. It is a wine of great structure balanced by excellent acidity.
Accompaniment:
elaborate flavourful starters, hearty and spicy dishes , as well as seafood and crustaceans.
