Whites
Pinot Bianco is the white grape mutation of Pinot Noir. Wines produced in Italy from this grape variety are particularly full -bodied.
TASTING NOTES:
Straw-yellow in colour with greenish highlights. Strong floral scents of green apple and apricot. The nose evolves to notes of ripe and dried fruits, and aromatic herbs.
Accompaniment:
starters, vegetable dishes, seafood dishes, escargot à la Bourguignonne.
