Millesimeè wines are produced using grapes from a single vintage and only in special years, to create top quality wines.
Luisa Rosé is produced from native grapes reflect the terroir.
TASTING NOTES:
An effervescent wine with a creamy foam and a bead that is fine and lingering.
Light pink in colour. The aroma is intense and complex, in a word, elegant. The fresh fruity and floral notes evolve into a subtle scent of undergrowth, encapsulating delicate hints of wholemeal and crusty bread.
The wine flows gracefully across the palate with rich, complex, balanced acidity and pleasant freshness. Crisp and lingering to the finish.

perfect as an aperitif or paired with seafood dishes.

VINIFICATION:
Soft crushing. Decanting, settling at 10°C. Fermentation at 16°C. Second fermentation in pressure tank at low temperature of 13-15°C for 15 days.
